Informality is the key to a day on the water.

To ensure your personal comfort, please wear white-soled deck shoes or sneakers. Shoes with pointy heels are out. Bring along a warm jacket. Even the sunniest days can be cool once you are on the water.

If you wear glasses or bring sunglasses, make sure you have a cord or strap attached. For daytime sailing, bring a hat. Sunscreen is onboard. And don’t forget your camera.

Margaret Pearl usually departs from Royal Melbourne Yacht Squadron in StKilda. Public car parking is available in the area.

Proceed to the end of the yacht club marina gate at the end of the St Kilda pier where you will be met by the skipper for the day.
